Why should I buy  Demon X and what makes it stand out from the crowd?

To ensure high quality and efficiency, Demon X pit bikes are produced in our own manufacturing facility. We control where the parts are sourced, and our processing technology makes certain that all the key components are machined to the correct tolerances.

When will my bike be despatched?

If you order your bike before 11.30 a.m. it will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery (excluding Bank holidays and weekends), however this is not guaranteed and delivery can take up to three days.

Do I have to wait in for my delivery?

If you wait in its your choice however, if you are not in TNT will leave a calling card. You can then call TNT to arrange a redelivery at your convenience or you can go to your local TNT depot to pick up your bike. TNT are open until 10 p.m. but PLEASE NOTE you will need to bring with you two forms of ID before your bike will be released to you.

When will my parts be dispatched?

Parts orders are despatched between 24-48 hours after placing your order (excluding Bank holidays and weekends). All parts are dispatched via 1st class recorded delivery post. Some items due to their size and value like wheels for example are sent out by courier.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use TNT 0800 100 600 Farrels 01829753118 and APC -2085010110. Single pit bikes are sent via TNT if you buy more than one bike then it will be sent via Farrels. Parts are sent via APC or 1st class Royal mail depending on the size and value of goods.

How do I obtain my tracking number?

To request a tracking number this has to be done via email. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the information to propagate on the TNT website. If you have ordered more than one bike your postcode will be your tracking reference with Farrels.

I prefer to make my order over the telephone what are your opening hours?

Customer services is open from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our phone number is 0844 4145276 or 0795 6260774 as the phones can be very busy at times you can text or email us with your phone number and we will call you back if you wish to place an order. Can I collect my bike?

Yes, by prior appointment we are based in Heswell, Liverpool. Please call us on 07956 260 774.

Can I collect my parts?

Parts can be picked up from our London office also by appointment only. Please call us on 07956 260 774

What kind of guarantee do you offer?

You must be happy and satisfied with the product every time. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the bike in its original condition at your cost.

What is the duration of my warranty?

We give a 28 days parts warranty ,which means if anything should go wrong with the bike within 28 days we will send out the appropriate parts to resolve issue . The warranty is only valid if the bike has been put together by a professional registered mechanic , IE a bike shop which is registered with company number and or Vat registered . In order to speed up your claims you would be advised to send in your proof , which will be in the form of a receipt displaying full pdi checks on the bike . you are advised to keep the packaging of the bike until your warranty period is up.

What if I have thrown away the crate?

you will have to obtain a pallet  to put the bike on which must be wrapped and strapped down , you can get a crate form local supermarket for a fiver.

What if I have to send the bike back if is DOA?

The bike will need to put back in a crate free of petrol ready to be picked up.
